Bryan Lindsay - Executive Chef
Bryan Lindsay is a distinguished executive chef with a rich and diverse culinary career. After completing an intensive four month apprenticeship in the South Of France, he honed his craft in two Michelin-starred fine dining establishments, refining his expertise in global cuisine.
Transitioning from the restaurant world, Bryan embraced a new challenge as a private kosher chef, where he mastered the intricacies of kosher laws and the preparation of authentic and innovative kosher dishes. His culinary journey has taken him to extraordinary heights, including cooking for high-profile celebrities, competing on Food Network’s Chopped, and utilizing his culinary expertise in a Nexium commercial.
In 2016 and 2017, Bryan brought his talents to the Merkabar camp at Burning Man, where he worked with chefs to delivered unforgettable dining experiences amidst one of the most unique cultural events in the world.

Krystle Robinson Bio:
Krystle Robinson-Hershey, originally from Houston, Texas, has made Oklahoma City her home for over 20 years. She is the proud owner of Sage & Elm Apothecary, a plant-based company that draws inspiration from rich African and Native traditions. Established in 2018, Sage & Elm Apothecary focuses on growing and creating plant-based products such as luxurious soaps, clay, sage, rose waters, and rich oils.
Krystle's educational background includes a Master of Science degree in Visual Rehabilitation & Rehabilitation Counseling, as well as a Bachelor of Arts degree in Theater and Family Psychology from Langston University. Her diverse educational experiences have equipped her with the knowledge and skills to create products that not only nourish the body but also promote overall well-being.
